Alison Long

Alison Long has extensive experience with the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), having served in various leadership roles since 2007. Since October 2017, Alison Long has held the position of Director of Consumer and Business Services, previously working as Head of Consumer and Business Services and Head of Consumer Services, alongside a role as Senior Manager for Consumer Services. Alison Long's responsibilities include overseeing the Consumer Services teams within RNIB Solutions, which encompasses Books, Newsagent, Retail, Music, and Bookshare services. Prior to the current role, Alison Long worked as Senior Manager for Children, Young People & Employment within RNIB Solutions and as Reading Services Senior Manager, focusing on Learning & Braille.
