The current leadership team at Ro has a wide range of experience in different industries. A few notable companies they have worked for in the past include Vantage Point, Thrive Global, Tory Burch, Pfizer, M.M.LaFleur, SquareFoot, and Medical Design Technologies - MDTech. They also have experience working in private equity at Deloitte and Touche, as well as working as an entrepreneur in residence at Prehype. In addition to their professional experience, they also have a variety of educational backgrounds, including degrees from the University of Minnesota, Western Michigan University, Texas McCombs School of Business, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Stanford University, Penn State University, Nova Southeastern University, Hunter College, Westminster School, and Columbia University in the City of New York.
