Alisa Bendickson, MSLOD, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Alisa currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, where they manage all HR functions for over 1000 employees across 3 states. Their responsibilities include staffing, employee relations, performance management, training, orientation, staff development, benefit and incentive plan administration, compensation, compliance, legal issues, risk management, and more. Alisa is proactive in implementing strategic HR initiatives to brand the company as an employer of choice.

Prior to this role, Alisa was the Vice President of Human Resources at Ace World Wide from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Mount Mary University from 2016 to 2020, where they managed all aspects of HR functions, including staffing, retention, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training.

Alisa also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Roaring Fork Restaurant Group from 2008 to 2016, and as a Recruiter/Sr. Staffing Consultant at Elite Human Capital Group from 2007 to 2008. Alisa started their HR career as a Human Resource Generalist/Coordinator at various companies, including Target Corp., Medical College of Wisconsin, and Fifth Third Bank, from 2002 to 2007.

Alisa Bendickson holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota. Alisa also has a Master of Science in Leadership & Organizational Development with a concentration in HR from Lakeland University. Additionally, they are certified with the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. Alisa completed their secondary education at Whitefish Bay High School.
