Tobias Grimm

Tobias Grimm has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tobias recently worked at Robeco as a Corporate Secretary & Head of Project Office in Switzerland. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Privatbank IHAG Zürich. Tobias has also worked as a Special Project Manager at Swiss Cyber Security Days, where they played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and promoting cyber security innovation. Additionally, they were a Business Development Manager at ubitec AG and a Project & Business Development Manager at Datastore AG, where they contributed to the positioning of their Cyber Security Solution Area.

Earlier in their career, Tobias held the position of Manager Project Office & Corporate Secretary; Director at RobecoSAM, where they successfully built and managed the Project Office and led various initiatives in strategic and operational corporate development. Tobias also worked at Clariden Leu as part of the Corporate Development & Project Management Functions and at Bank Hofmann as a Junior Project Manager in Marketing & Sales Management.

Tobias Grimm's education history starts with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and General Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Tobias later pursued a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Internal & Change Communication at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2012. In 2017, Tobias obtained another Certificate of Advanced Studies, this time in Risk Management, from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.

In addition to their formal education, Tobias also holds several certifications. Tobias became a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through the Scrum Alliance in July 2019. Tobias obtained a Swisscom Blockchain Certificate from Swisscom Blockchain in October 2018. Tobias also holds a Prince2 Registered Practitioner certification from APMG International, which they obtained in July 2008. Furthermore, they have a Level 2 Certificate in English (ESOL) from Cambridge Assessment English, which they obtained in June 2005.
