Yolanda Wijesinghe has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of HR Business Partnering at Robert Walters. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources for the North Region at PVH Corp., Head of HR - Organisational Effectiveness and HR Business Partner - Commercial & Head Office at Coral Racing, and HR Business Partner - International at Monsoon Accessorize. Yolanda also held the position of Retail HR & Development Manager at Arcadia Group Ltd. Yolanda holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire.
