Clyde C. Lowstuter is a Master Certified Coach with extensive work experience beginning in 1971 as a Management Consultant with Ernst & Ernst. Clyde C. served as a Captain in the U.S. Army & U.S. Army Reserve from 1971 to 1975 before working as an HR Manager at The Ansul Company in 1974. From 1975 to 1978, they were a Senior Manager-Management Development at Chemetron Corporation and then became Head of Leadership Development at Fiat-Allis International until 1981. Since 1981, they have been the founder and Chairman of Robertson Lowstuter, Inc., a Global Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Consultancy. Clyde C. has also served as the President & CEO, where they have lead thousands of executives and their teams globally in over 88 industries, from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.

Clyde C. Lowstuter, Master Certified Coach, received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Aurora University. Clyde C. also earned a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Clyde C. has received multiple additional certifications, including becoming a member of the International Coaching Federation, earning a Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification from the same organization, and completing various coaching certification programs.
