About this role

As the first Enterprise Account Executive, you'll help to grow our Alternative Asset vertical. This is a key role for a motivated self-starter who can find new prospects, get them interested, and close complex deals to bring in $2m in ARR through new logo acquisition.

You'll have an important role in expanding our global footprint while working closely with our Head of Sales to achieve the revenue goals we have in place.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and selling SaaS or software to executives. You'll have opportunities to advance your career while working with global teams. You'll play a big part in driving the success and growth of our Alternative Asset business.

What you’ll do 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious $2m in ARR and new logo acquisition goals
  • Lead on outbound prospecting to close various new logos
  • Analyze metrics to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales processes and increase productivity
  • Partner with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and events to boost the pipeline
  • Coach team members on consultative selling skills and overcoming objections
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts to maximize lifetime value
  • Forecast and report on sales activity, pipeline, and closed revenue, reporting to global cross-functional partners.
  • Drive a metrics-focused, results-oriented environment focused on overachievement

Qualifications

  • 3-5 + years of proven experience selling SaaS products to alternative assets management firms (including Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, Credit Funds etc) 
  • 1+ years of previous management/leadership experience.
  • Proven successful track record by consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Hunter's mentality and self-motivation to prospect new accounts
  • Strong communication and ability to interact with stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Strategic consultative sales approach
  • Tenacity to overcome objections and close deals
  • Growth mindset and comfort in fast-paced startups
  • Skilled at qualifying, demoing and closing complex deals
  • Strategic thinking and consultative solution selling

Please note, we will require you to work from our NYC office 2/3 times per week. 

Compensation at Robin AI

  • Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 + Double OTE
