Annie Yang Herlitz

Annie Yang Herlitz is the VP, Finance & Tax at Robinhood, a position they have held since December 2014. Ms. Herlitz began their career as an Int'l Tax at Ernst & Young from January 2008 to December 2009 before moving on to Yahoo! Inc. as Director of Tax Planning & M&A from January 2005 to December 2008. Ms. Herlitz then spent four years at Cisco Systems as International Tax Counsel from January 2001 to December 2005 before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Sr. Associate from January 1998 to December 2001. Ms. Herlitz received their J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and their B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University

Annie Yang Herlitz graduated with a BA in Business Administrations and Political Science from the University of California, Riverside. Annie then went on to earn their J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law. After working as an attorney for a few years, they decided to pursue an LL.M. in Tax from Georgetown University Law Center.
