Arlene Cook

Arlene Cook is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Transformation Manager at Robinhood since May 2023. Prior to this role, Arlene held the position of VP, People/HR at Bevy from October 2020 to October 2022, where strategic advice was provided to the Executive team on HR operations for a remote workforce. As Senior Director of People/HR at Cornerstone Research from November 2015 to August 2020, Arlene delivered HR leadership across multiple locations and implemented HR strategies. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Management Consultant at Starship, HR Business Partner at frog design, and Associate Director of Human Resources at APCO Worldwide, among others. Arlene holds a Bachelor of Art in English & Literature from the University of Maryland and is currently an Associate Fellow of Talent Management at The Wharton School.
