Jigar Patel

Jigar Patel is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in streaming and batch data processing. Currently serving as a Staff Data Engineer at Robinhood since October 2021 and previously held positions as a Senior Data Engineer. Prior to Robinhood, Jigar worked at Yahoo from February 2017 to October 2021 as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Development Engineer, contributing to projects involving technologies such as Storm, Kafka, Druid, and Hadoop. Jigar has also open-sourced a project for Automated Anomaly Detection using Machine Learning and implemented real-time Multi-armed Bandit Testing.
