Laura Lehr

Laura Lehr is a seasoned professional in customer operations and strategic roles within the fintech space, currently serving as the Head of Credit Card Customer Operations at Robinhood since July 2023. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Head of Customer Operations and Experience at X1, a company acquired by Robinhood. With extensive experience across various organizations, including Stash as Senior Director of Customer Operations and Fundera as Director of Business Operations, Laura has been instrumental in pioneering innovative financial solutions and enhancing customer experiences. Additionally, Laura contributed to the NYC Fintech Women board and served in various operational capacities at Locus Energy and KPMG. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Global Business Management from Babson College.
