Loni Olazaba is the current Director of Technical Recruiting at Robinhood. Loni has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.

Olazaba began their career as a Recruiting Specialist at Google in 2006. Loni then worked as a Recruiter for PayPal an EBay Company from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they became a Senior Recruiter at Phoenix Technologies. The following year, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager at TrialPay.

In 2012, Olazaba joined LinkedIn as their Director of Inclusion Recruiting. In this role, they served as the leader, champion, change agent and trusted advisor to LinkedIn’s Talent Acquisition Teams and Business Partners. Loni was also responsible for augmenting the diversity quotient across dimensions of LinkedIn’s talent pools and nurturing relationships with talent from underrepresented backgrounds. Olazaba held this position for nine years until they joined Robinhood in October 2021.

They are on a team with Jalyn Isley - Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, Rachel Mastro - People Strategy Manager, and Stephen Brooks - Recruiting Operations Manager. Loni Olazaba reports to Marcelo Modica, Chief People Officer.
