Abigail Knol

Abigail Knol has worked in a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2018, they were a Talent Alignment Administrator and a Talent Acquisition and Allocation Intern at Robots and Pencils. As an intern, their duties included pulling and organizing hiring/candidate status reports with Excel and Google Sheets, scheduling interviews with CoMeet, and organizing large-scale company events. In 2017, they were a Cashier at Henning's Market, where their duties included checking out customers in a friendly and timely manner, maintaining an awareness of all promotions and advertisements, and returning items back to their appropriate spot. In 2015, they were a Junior Coach/Assistant Manager at Tiny Tennis Center, where they instructed or assisted with tennis lessons in an informative and friendly manner, wrote up and sent out newsletters through MailChimp, and maintained customer information database and accounting for lesson and membership fees. Abigail also worked as a Customer Service Representative at CapThat during the busy Christmas season, providing customer service to include replying to customer questions, concerns, and suggestions in a friendly and informative manner, as well as refunding and helping customers return items and giving out appropriate discounts.

Abigail Knol's education history includes attending Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2019 to 2020, and Penn State University from 2021 to 2024, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business/Commerce, General.
