Danica Jade Ríos has had a varied and successful career in the technology and finance industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Business Analyst at BNY ConvergEx. In 2011, they transitioned to an Information Technology Analyst role at Wiley. In 2013, they worked as a Project Control Specialist at Dominion Virginia Power. In 2014, they were a Programming Analyst at the US Bankruptcy Court. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Financial and Technical Services Manager and System Administrator at the University of Richmond. Most recently, they have been a Salesforce Certified Professional and Product Manager at Robots and Pencils since 2021. Additionally, they have been a Salesforce Administrator and Volunteer Project Manager at TalentStacker since 2020. In this role, they have been responsible for leading teams of individuals learning best practices around Salesforce and the broader Salesforce ecosystem, as well as directing Salesforce study programs for certification and certification prep.
