David Talalayevsky

David Talalayevsky has over five years of experience in the software development industry. In 2021, they are currently a Senior Developer Contract at Robots and Pencils, where they are contracted to help Arizona State University with a streaming and management platform. David'sresponsibilities include back end, infrastructure and architecture development, technical advice, collaboration, requirements gathering, work break down and technical documentation. David also serves as a Contract Team Lead/Architect, where they are responsible for leading back end team, application and infrastructure architecture, development, technical advice, collaboration, requirements gathering, work break down and technical documentation.

Previously, they were a Consultant at Matrix Risk Control Ltd. from 2018 to 2020, where they wrote a JIRA and Confluence plugin that integrates with various systems. David was also a Technical Team Lead at Improving in 2020, where they were contracted to lead a team to design and re-develop an auto parking system. David was a Senior Java Contractor at Robots and Pencils in 2020, where they were responsible for developing parts of the Cash Advance component of an online only bank.

From 2019 to 2018, they were a Senior Java Consultant at Dillon Software, where they were contracted to develop various REST services. David was also a Senior Java Consultant at Telenotes CRM in 2018, where they were responsible for developing integration between the core product and Nylas as well as Salesforce. Additionally, they were a Senior Java Contractor at Robots and Pencils in 2018, where they were responsible for developing parts of the Lending component of an online only bank.

From 2017 to 2016, they were a Consultant at Matrix Risk Control Ltd. and a Technical Lead at Shaw Communications, respectively. David was also a Team Lead/Tech Lead/Mentor/Sr. Developer at Axia NetMedia Corp. from 2014 to 2017, where they led integration team efforts and Axia's Fibre to the Premises roll out and internal system integration effort.

David Talalayevsky obtained their BSc in Mathematics with a strong emphasis on Computer Science from the University of Alberta. In 2015, they completed an Agile Project Management course from Quadrus Improving Enterprises.
