Jaume Marti Miravalls

Jaume Marti Miravalls is a Catedrático de Derecho Mercantil at Universidad de Valencia since September 2024, with prior experience as a Profesor Titular de Derecho Mercantil at the same institution from 2004 to September 2024. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Roca Junyent since April 2018, Jaume also contributed to the Comisión de Defensa de la Competencia de la Comunitat Valenciana as a Vocal from July 2017 to July 2021. Academic credentials include a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad de Valencia, a Doctor en Derecho with "Mención Europea" from the same university, and various research stays at prestigious institutions including Harvard University, the London School of Economics, and the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law.
