Marco Valdez has been working as a Wire Bonding Process Engineer at Rochester Electronics, LLC since October 2022, focusing on improving yield enhancement, reducing setup times, and developing projects for cost reduction. Prior to this, Marco held similar roles at International Rectifier an Infineon Technologies Company and International Rectifier, where Marco led improvement projects, implemented Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, and provided technical guidance to achieve business goals. With a background in electronic engineering and experience in maintenance supervision and new product development, Marco is skilled in process optimization and continuous improvement.
