Eric Moreno

Eric Moreno is a Culinary Specialist currently working at his own Eric Moreno Restaurant Consultant since January 2022. Prior to this, Eric held the title of Director of Kitchen Operations and Culinary Director at Rock & Brews Restaurants, where he worked since July 2018. He also served as a District Executive Chef at Compass Group from October 2017 to October 2018 and as an Executive Chef at Crews Of California from October 2016 to September 2017. Eric has previous experience as a Kitchen Manager at The Cheesecake Factory, Executive Chef at Nordstrom, and Operator at Garlic Jims. He also worked as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Oregon Culinary Institute.
