Richard Jenkins

Richard Jenkins began their work experience in 2014 as an IT Technician at ITCS (UK) Ltd, providing IT support to numerous businesses. Richard then joined CGI in 2016, working as a Service Desk Technical Shift Analyst and later as a Major Incident Manager, where they focused on incident management and improving processes. In 2019, they worked at SAS International as a Desktop Support Analyst, supporting the internal IT infrastructure. Richard also worked at CSG Computer Services Group Ltd as a First Line Support, providing technical and software support to various client companies. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Tech-Wales Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer, offering support services to multiple clients as part of a small team.
