Cindy Hamilton

Cindy sets the example of excellence in customer service at Rock Dental Brands. As a Senior Area Manager, Cindy provides expert oversight, training, and mentorship to 33 clinics utilizing her more than 21 years of orthodontic and management experience. Having held many different clinical staff positions, from orthodontic assistant to treatment coordinator to team leader, her experience is invaluable not only to the clinical staff but to the Rock Dental headquarters staff as well. Cindy has been instrumental in the creation of Rock Dental Brands and is devoted to ensuring we provide the highest standard of care available. She especially enjoys helping teams learn to work together, and guiding them to become more efficient and patient-focused. Cindy lives in her hometown of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
