Rockerbox empowers marketing teams to confidently make data-driven decisions, helping brands such as Tula, Figs, and Burton with the strategic decision-making that drives growth. 

Rockerbox started out as a marketing channel to help brands to attract new customers. However, we found that we were frequently given less credit due to misattributions that resulted from the fragmentation of marketing data across multiple platforms. So we pivoted the company to solve this problem. We created a platform where brands can integrate all of their data--addressing the data fragmentation problem--so they can understand the contribution of each marketing channel in bringing them new customers.

The Role

Rockerbox is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a pivotal opportunity to be part of the foundational team driving the next phase of Rockerbox's growth. 

In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives to plan, research and strategize how to engage and set meetings with target accounts. This collaborative effort will be key to driving our sales goals forward. We are looking for individuals who are hungry, curious, and interested in a career in enterprise tech sales. Your insights and expertise will directly shape our sales strategies and processes. You'll have a significant influence on how we approach and engage potential clients, making your role crucial to our success. Our team thrives on innovation and creativity, encouraging new ideas and approaches. 

What You’ll Do

  • Foundational team member building out enterprise sales development processes
  • Generate qualified sales meetings with target account
  • Strategize with Account Executives on prospecting plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with  Marketing, Product, Partners and Sales to identify key value propositions, unique partnership capabilities and high-value touch points to engage target accounts with
  • Utilize sales engagement tools to build out contacts within accounts 
  • Stay on top of industry and market trends
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects to uncover their business challenges
  • Use and maintain Salesforce.com to keep data accurate
  • Work with Sales leadership to continuously improve our outbound sales processes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales or related market/ business experience
  • A desire to grow and advance a career in tech sales
  • An intrinsic motivation to continually improve and learn
  • Self-starter, hard-worker and desire to overachieve 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Previous experience with sales and prospecting tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc..
