Jozef Hlavek

Jozef Hlavek has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jozef currently works at Rocket Homes as the Director of Digital Product Management, a role they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, they were the Lead Digital Product Manager at Rocket Homes and a Product Owner, starting in October 2020 and January 2018 respectively.

Before joining Rocket Homes, Jozef worked at Bell Media as a Senior Digital Product Manager, Business Intelligence Analyst, and UX Manager, from December 2016 to January 2018, May 2016 to December 2016, and August 2015 to May 2016 respectively.

Additionally, Jozef has experience working at Navantis as a Business Analyst, providing consulting services for large institutions in Ontario, from December 2011 to August 2015. Jozef also worked as a Business Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment from November 2011 to January 2012.

Furthermore, Jozef has held positions such as Business/IT Analyst (Lead) at Education at Work Ontario from July 2011 to November 2011, IT Field Technician at Allt Computer Consulting from September 2010 to October 2011, and as a Self Employed individual overseeing activities at Mettelaser from October 2009 to October 2011.

Earlier in their career, Jozef worked as a Laser CNC Designer at Custom Laser from January 2007 to September 2009 and as a Technical Contact Analyst at Cogeco Cable from September 2005 to September 2007. Jozef also worked as a Bookkeeper at Mobilife/House Smart Housing Sales from August 2004 to June 2005.

Jozef Hlavek completed their high school education at Bishop P.F. Reding in Milton, ON from 1997 to 2001. Jozef then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Science at the University of Guelph, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. To enhance their skills in Computer Technology and Information Systems Business Analysis, Jozef attended George Brown College from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a postgraduate degree in Computer Technology specializing in Information Systems Business Analysis.
