Lisen Helander

Lisen Helander is currently a Thrive Coach at Reframe, specializing in 1-on-1 coaching and community meeting facilitation. With extensive experience at Rocket Homes since March 2016, Lisen has served as both Program Manager, overseeing strategic project execution, and Sr. Project Manager, managing business strategies across multiple workstreams. Prior to Rocket Homes, Lisen worked as a Sr. Project Manager in eBusiness at Thermo Fisher Scientific, coordinating the launch of RFID Supply Centers and managing B2B deployments. Lisen's career began at the San Diego Reader as an IT Systems Analyst, providing technical support and user training. Educational qualifications include a BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and an MA in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
