Megan Berki

Megan Berki is the current Vice President of People Operations at Rocket Lawyer. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Accela from July 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the Talent Acquisition & Talent Management philosophy. Megan also served as an HR Business Partner to the Engineering & Product teams, and advised executives on full-cycle Talent strategies.

Before joining Accela, Megan served as the Director of HR Business Partner at Vendavo from October 2013 to February 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the development of programs that brought meaning to the work of all employees and a feeling of affiliation through Corporate Onboarding, Talent Development, and Leadership Coaching.

Megan began their career in Human Resources as an Associate at Stanford University from July 2010 to December 2010. Megan then went on to serve as a Human Resource Business Partner at Meltwater Group from December 2010 to October 2013.

Megan Berki holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Sonoma State University. Megan also has a certification from LinkedIn in Jeff Weiner on Establishing a Culture and a Plan for Scaling.
