Konrad Fagertun has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Konrad is currently a Partner at Createc, where they collaborate with a talented team to solve complex problems for industries by providing Robotics as a service (RaaS). Prior to this, they worked as a Business Developer and salesperson at Choppycast - by Frivind AS and as the Founder and CEO of Addition. Konrad also has experience at nLink mobile robotics, where they served as a Business Owner, Co-Founder, and Board member. Konrad was also a Senior Business Developer at the company from 2014 to 2021. Additionally, they co-founded Rocketfarm AS and worked as a Business Developer at Kunnskapsparken i Sogn og Fjordane AS. Konrad's early career involved roles as a Business developer at NTNU School of Entrepreneurship and as a Financial manager at IAESTE Norway. Konrad also pursued studies at Boston University's School of Management.

Konrad Fagertun began their education in 2003 at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Konrad pursued a master's degree in Entrepreneurship, which they successfully completed in 2008. In 2007, Fagertun took a brief hiatus from NTNU to attend the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. There, they enrolled in the Advanced Entrepreneurship Course, focusing specifically on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. After returning to NTNU to complete their master's degree, Fagertun then proceeded to the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued further studies. However, the specific degree and field of study during this period remain unknown.
