Carmen Urquhart

Carmen Urquhart has over six years of work experience in the media industry. Carmen started their career as a Youth Offending Team Member at the Leicester Youth Offending Service in 2014. Carmen then worked as an Events Assistant at Lynford Hall Hotel and Events Venue, where they were responsible for preparing for large events and working with clients. Carmen also gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Host Relations intern at City Relay, where they built relationships with clients and assisted in creating business strategies. Carmen further expanded their skills at Lawson Robb as a Studio Intern, where they focused on creating visual boards and conducting research. Carmen then joined Lovell Strategies as a Digital Content and Research intern before entering the media field. At RocketMill, they have held various positions, including Media Director, Senior Media Manager, Paid Media Manager, Senior Paid Media Executive, and Paid Media Executive. In these roles, Carmen was responsible for strategic execution, revenue growth, and managing a team of media professionals. Carmen Urquhart obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science - Youth and Social Justice from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they received certifications as a Facebook Certified Media Planning Professional in November 2019 and as a Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional in July 2021.
