Celsa Moreno Barker

Celsa Moreno Barker has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the banking industry. Celsa most recently worked at Rockland Trust as a Vice President Senior Loan Officer since 2016. Prior to that, they were a Home Mortgage Loan Officer at Bank of America from 2013 to 2016 and at Wells Fargo Bank from 2010 to 2013. From 2004 to 2010, they worked as a Home Mortgage Loan Officer at New Fed Mortgage Corp. Additionally, they were a Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo from 2000 to 2004 and worked in Human Resources at Fleet Bank from 1996 to 2000.

Celsa Moreno Barker completed their Masters degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 1986 to 1990. Celsa then pursued their education in Finance, General at Bentley University from 1994 to 1996.
