Randy Wells is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing at Rockridge, an Oakland-based menswear apparel brand, since July 2015. Previously, Randy held significant roles at major organizations including Dockers as Head of Strategy, and the San Francisco Giants as part of the Strategy and Insights team, focusing on sponsorship measurement and partnership development. Additional experience includes senior positions at Tailored Brands, Salesforce, and Blue Shield of California, where Randy developed marketing strategies and led various initiatives. Additionally, Randy founded The Outfit Media, a marketing and design studio, and has engaged in leadership roles, such as Chairman of the International Forum at the World Affairs Council. Randy holds an MBA in Management and Strategy from Golden Gate University and multiple degrees in Sociology, enhancing a diverse educational background.
