Ewelina Płocieniczak

Ewelina Płocieniczak has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles. Ewelina is currently the Head of Rockwool Global Business Service Center at ROCKWOOL Group since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of EMEA Shared Service Centre, Entity Manager, and Board Member at LyondellBasell from August 2018 to January 2020. Before joining LyondellBasell, they performed the same function and role at A. Schulman, Inc. until it was acquired by LyondellBasell.

Ewelina also has experience working at Carlsberg Shared Services, where they served as the WE Operations Director from October 2016 to March 2017, Finance Director from November 2014 to September 2016, and Deputy Finance Director from April 2014 to November 2014.

Their earlier roles include working at Carlsberg Accounting Service Centre Sp z o.o. as a Source to Pay (AP) & Market to Cash (AR) Process Manager and Service & Development Manager, and at Carlsberg Accounting Service Centre as a Source To Pay (AP) Process Manager and AP Team Leader.

Ewelina started their career at Polkomtel / PLUS GSM as a Cost Controller.

Ewelina Płocieniczak completed their Master's degree in International trade from the Poznan University of Economics And Business in 2001. In 2005, they obtained a Post Master degree in Finance and Accounting from the same university. Ewelina then pursued a Post-master's degree in Controlling from the Poznan School of Banking in 2010. In 2013, Ewelina participated in the CARLSBERG ACCELERATED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
