Marie-Claude Tremblay, M.SC., CRHA has held various positions in the Human Resources field since 2004. Marie-Claude began their career as a Social Worker and Community Organizer at the CSSS de la Vieille-Capitale. In 2009, they were promoted to Program Manager at the Centre de santé et de services sociaux de Quèbec-Nord et de la Vieille-Capitale. In 2015, they became the General Director at Kaytek-CSP. In 2016, they founded MCT Accompagnement stratégique, where they provided strategic HR and organizational development support to executive teams, coached high-level executives, and developed management skills through group training, workshops, and conferences. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Talent, Culture & OD Officer and Directrice des ressources humaines at Rocky Mountain.

Marie-Claude Tremblay, M.SC., CRHA has a Master's degree in Organization Management and Development from Université Laval, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the same university, obtained in 2002. Marie-Claude also holds a number of certifications, including a CRHA from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (2019), a Certification in Nova 2.0 Method from Swissnova Global (2017), a membership with the International Coach Federation (2016), a Certification in Success Factor Modeling and Collective Intelligence from NLPU and University of California, Santa Cruz (2016), a Certification in Lean Six-Sigma and Green Belt from Bell Nordik (2012), and a membership with the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
