Allison Allred has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Allison started their career in 1999 as an Airline Accounts Manager at Expedia Inc. Allison then served as an Administrative Assistant at Rocky Mountain Home Care from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an Accounts Payable/Payroll Supervisor at Rocky Mountain Care. Following that, they briefly held the position of Assistant Controller at ACC Capital Corporation in 2007 before returning to Rocky Mountain Care as an Assistant Controller from 2007 to 2011. Allison then joined Atlas Management Services as an Accounting Director in 2011 and remained in that role until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Rocky Mountain Care, a role they have been in since October 2021.

Allison Allred pursued their education from 2004 to 2007 at the University of Phoenix, where they successfully obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting.
