Naga Vinnakota

Naga Vinnakota has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Naga is currently an investor at XDLINX since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Enterprise Engineering at Rodan + Fields from 2018 onwards, where they led a team of over 100 to deliver initiatives and transform the organization. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Head of Digital Engineering, CRM at SunPower Corporation, leading global software engineering platform delivery and support operations. Before that, they were the Director of Corporate IT at San Jose Water Company from 2013 to 2014, where they aligned IT with the business strategy and supported multiple domestic locations. Naga Vinnakota also worked at HP from 2008 to 2013, first as a Sr. Manager, Business Applications and then as the Director, GTM Applications, leading the transformation and support of mission-critical business applications. Naga started their career at Accenture in 2003 as a Management Consultant, CRM, where they led CRM implementations for Fortune 1000 companies. Naga Vinnakota's early work experience includes a role at KarenSoft Technology Berhad as an Application Delivery & Customer Success manager, where they successfully managed the translation and internationalization of CRM products and provided business process consulting services to various industries.

Naga Vinnakota completed a Professional Advanced Education degree in Strategic Decision and Risk Management at Stanford University from 2008 to 2009. In addition, Naga has obtained various certifications including CompTIA Security ce, ITIL Expert, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University, and TOGAF™ 9 - Enterprise Architecture from The Open Group.
