Satinder Singh

Satinder Singh has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Satinder started their career as a Technology Analyst at Infosys in 2007 and worked in that role until 2015. During their time at Infosys, they also served as an Application Development Engineer at CVS Health and as an Application Support Specialist at Sears Holdings Corporation.

In 2014, Satinder joined Apple as a DevOps Consultant, where they provided production support for over 300 servers and worked on performance tuning and troubleshooting. Satinder also gained experience with configuration management tools like Chef and SaltStack.

In 2015, Satinder moved to Adobe as a DevOps Consultant, where they were responsible for automating tasks, troubleshooting issues, and managing the CI/CD model with Jenkins and Chef automation.

Most recently, Satinder has been working at Rodan + Fields since 2016. Satinder has held various roles, including Sr. DevOps Consultant and DevOps Lead/Release Manager. In these positions, they have focused on implementing best practices, establishing processes, and mentoring the team to adhere to Agile Scrum practices.

Throughout their career, Satinder has demonstrated expertise in IT service management, DevOps, automation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Satinder Singh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Guru Nanak Dev University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate 2021 from Udemy, the Incident Responder Certification from PagerDuty, and the PagerDuty API Certification from PagerDuty. Satinder has also received certifications in IT Service Transition from PeopleCert and SAFe 4.0 from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, they have completed several online courses on cloud infrastructure and networking offered by Coursera and Linux Academy.
