Rachel Miller

Rachel Miller has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Rachel recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. Since joining the company in February 2020, they have played a crucial role in managing human resources functions. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the Executive Director at Trainor Fairbrook for over two years. Before that, they held key positions at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, including National Manager of Learning & Development, where they developed and implemented learning strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Additionally, they served as the Office Administrator, overseeing all operations and personnel in the Sacramento office. Rachel has a strong background in leadership development, business skills, and office management.

Rachel Miller has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. In addition to their degrees, Rachel has obtained certifications as an HBDI Certified Practitioner in December 2016 and as a Certified Trainer for "The Extraordinary Coach" program by Zenger Folkman in July 2015.
