Jamie Luehrs

Jamie Luehrs is currently the VP of Property Management at Roers Companies. Prior to that, they were a Portfolio Manager at The Excelsior Group from August 2016 to October 2018. Before that, they were an Operations Specialist at Dominium from December 2010 to July 2016. Jamie began their career in property management as an Office Manager at Verhasselt Rentals from November 2003 to July 2011.

Jamie Luehrs earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Human Resource Management and Services from Metro State University. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Business Administration from Century College. In addition, Jamie Luehrs holds certifications from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as a Certified Property Manager and from Novogradac & Company LLP as a Novogradac Property Compliance Certification.
