Gregory Bruttin has a strong background in the luxury watch industry. Gregory started their career at Manufacture Roger Dubuis in 2002, where they held various roles, including Constructeur Mouvement, Head of Technical Office, Head of Movement Development, R&D & Watchmaking Director, and Strategic Product Director. In 2012, they joined Richemont as the Technical Director for Manufacture Stern 1898.

Gregory Bruttin began their education in 1995 at the Ecole d'horlogerie et de microtechnique, where they pursued a degree in Horloger microélectronicien. Gregory completed this program in 1999. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, Gregory attended the same institution to study Horlogerie et fabrication de bijoux and earned a degree as a Technicien en Microtechnique. Moving forward, in 2003, Gregory enrolled at HE Arc and completed a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) program by 2005. Recently, in 2018, they attended the IMD and completed the Digital Leadership Program.
