Kelly Chinners Reiss

Kelly Chinners Reiss, PhD, has an extensive academic background in environmental science, currently serving as a Professor and Program Director at the American Public University System since December 2008, in addition to holding an adjunct professor position at Roger Williams University since August 2021. From January 2011 to December 2023, Kelly Reiss managed several Florida National Wetland Condition Assessment projects at the University of Florida, demonstrating expertise in wetland health and assessment. Kelly Reiss earned a PhD in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida between 2000 and 2004.
