Additionally, Ismael is the CEO and founder of SIEL Hospitality Consulting, providing expert guidance in the hospitality sector. Ismael's extensive management experience includes general manager roles at prestigious organizations such as Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and EDITION, alongside a foundational career in food and beverage management at Sandals Resorts International and Marina Bay Sands. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Luxury Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education and a degree from Luxury Hotelschool Paris in Finance, Marketing, and Hospitality Management.
