Zuzana Kozáková

Zuzana Kozáková has been working in the customer service industry since 2016. Zuzana began their career at GE Aviation as a Trainee in Operational Purchasing. In 2017, they moved to UPS, where they worked as a Gateway Load Planner, representing the UPS Airlines and managing the weight and balance on the B757-200 and B767-200 aircrafts. In 2019, they were a Purchasing Administrator at ABS Jets. In 2020, they joined Teleperformance as a Customer Service Representative and was later promoted to First Line Manager. Currently, they are a Customer Care Team Lead at Rohlik.cz.

Zuzana Kozáková obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from the Czech Technical University in Prague between 2012 and 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Background check / Ověření spolehlivosti from the Civil Aviation Authority. In 2018, they obtained a General Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate of Aeronautical Mobile Service / Všeobecný průkaz radiotelefonisty letecké pohyblivé služby from the Český telekomunikační úřad. In 2019, they obtained a Dangerous Goods - Cat. 1 certification from DANGEROUS GOOD s.r.o.
