Dr. Tom Gellrich

Dr. Tom Gellrich is a highly experienced professional in organizational development and finance, currently serving as a Senior Partner and Head of Organization, People & Transformation at Roland Berger since July 2018. In addition, Dr. Gellrich has held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at InfraSolution AG since June 2012 and was a Partner at goetzpartners from April 2012 to June 2018. Dr. Gellrich previously contributed to academia as a Professor of Banking & Finance at the International School of Management, Germany, from March 2011 to April 2015. Prior roles include serving as Director and Senior Vice President at Commerzbank AG, a Research Fellow at E-Finance Lab, Goethe Universität, and a Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting / Bearingpoint. Dr. Gellrich holds a Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Mannheim and an European Master of Business Sciences from the University of Birmingham, along with banking training from Deutsche Bank AG.
