Rebecca Cardona

Rebecca Cardona has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rebecca began their career at The Dannon Company, where they worked as a Materials Analyst and later as a Materials Planner in the Packaging department. Rebecca then took on the role of Sourcing Manager, responsible for managing sourcing spend and budget across different categories. Later, they became a Senior Project Manager, focusing on delivering cost savings through project management.

Cardona then joined KIND SNACKS as a Senior Procurement Manager before moving on to Roland Foods, LLC. At Roland Foods, they held several positions, including Senior Manager, Special Projects, where they played a significant role in achieving compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act. Rebecca then moved on to become the Senior Supply Chain Manager, International Logistics, where they co-led the restructuring of a team and achieved transportation cost reduction.

Rebecca'smost recent role at Roland Foods is the Associate Director of Strategic Sourcing, Product Development & Commercialization, where they led the development and execution of product category strategies, managed high-impact projects, and negotiated costs and commercial terms. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategic Sourcing, Product Development & Commercialization at Roland Foods.

Rebecca Cardona pursued their education at the University of Puerto Rico - Rio Piedras Campus where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Production and Operations Management. In addition, they obtained the certification of Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS--Association For Operations Management in December 2013.
