Sandeep Arora

Sandeep Arora has an extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Sandeep is currently Vice President and Global Controller at Rollins, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Controller at HD Supply Construction & Industrial - White Cap from 2019 to 2022. Sandeep also held various roles at BMC - Building Materials and Construction Solutions, including Sr. Director - Finance, Assistant Controller and Senior Director, and Director of Financial Reporting and Treasury, from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they were an Inspections Specialist at PCAOB from 2011 to 2015. Sandeep's early career includes a role as a Fund Controller at Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2011, and as a Manager - Accounting and Auditing at PwC from 2002 to 2010.

Sandeep Arora has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.Hons.) degree from Delhi University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. In 1999 to 2002, they pursued a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Sandeep also has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from 2007, and an IFRS Certification in Accounting - International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2012. Additionally, they completed a Certified Valuation Analyst program from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts in 2012 to 2013, specializing in Business Valuations.
