Yvonne Keith

Yvonne Keith is an experienced IT Training Specialist who has worked in various roles focusing on training and curriculum development. Yvonne has expertise in conducting in-person and virtual training sessions for various software products, such as Microsoft and Remedy. Yvonne has a strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design processes. Yvonne has also worked as an adjunct and associate professor in the English Department, teaching courses such as Developmental English, English 101, and English 102. Yvonne holds a MA in English Literature from The City College of the City University of New York and a BA in English Literature from Wells College.
