Graeme Blair

Graeme Blair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marine engineering and nuclear safety management. Currently serving as a Senior Knowledge Management Engineer at Rolls-Royce since October 2013, Graeme previously held the position of Marine Account Manager & Domain Expert at Optimized Systems & Solutions from March 2011 to August 2012. Prior to this, Graeme dedicated nearly two decades to the Royal Navy, where roles included Nuclear Safety Requirements Manager, Superintendent Fleet Maintenance, and Astute Readiness Dependencies Manager, among others. Graeme's educational background includes a PG Diploma in Nuclear Reactor Technology from the University of Surrey and a BEng (Hons) in Marine Systems Engineering from the University of Plymouth and RNEC Manadon.
