Carmen Roncea

Carmen has a vast experience in the financial-accounting field and currently as Financial Manager within Roma Education Fund Romania she is in charge of supervising, from a financial point of view, the entire process of execution of the budgets of the implemented projects.

Carmen started her career in the field of accounting, gradually gaining experience in control and in the financial field in which she still works today. He held the position of chief expert in the Control Department of the Ministry of Transport. Subsequently, he held the position of financial manager in over 10 POSDRU projects.
