Elena Gabriela Dincă

With over 17 years of legal experience, Gabriela joined the non-governmental sector in 2011 as a legal advisor and procurement expert, including on publicly funded projects.

Gabriela brought to Rome Education Fund Romania a vast experience, gathered from several fields of activity, from the law firm, to the pharmaceutical industry, from financial consulting services, to real estate to trade, generally working in the field of law civil and civil litigation in labor, corporate, public finance, NGO, tax, commercial, business law. From the role of legal advisor, Gabriela supports the activity of all departments, provides management consulting, in connection with legal and legislative issues with an impact on the activity of the organization.

Once she started working in the NGO sector, Gabriela joined the strategic project management team, getting involved in conducting and coordinating procurement procedures. He also had the experience of running a social enterprise, set up within a project funded by the POSDRU program.

In the journey so far, she has managed to add value by investing in professional development, Gabriela being certified as a public procurement expert, mediator, human resources manager and last but not least, as a trainer. Constantly interested in professional development, Gabriela strongly believes that a high degree of professionalism is achieved through continuous learning and improvement.
