Thea Petersen

Thea Petersen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Ron Jaworski Golf since June 2021, Thea previously held the position of HR Coordinator at MJH Life Sciences™, where responsibilities included managing employee benefit programs and processing payroll for over 700 employees. Other notable experiences include serving as a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University, interning at New Jersey Resources and Speedway LLC, and working as an Administrative Assistant at Rutgers University. Thea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Studies and Employment Relations, complemented by a Minor in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
