Thomas Müller

Thomas Müller has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. Thomas started their career as an Internal Auditor at Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG in 1993 and later worked as a Wirtschaftsprüfer at BDO from 1995 to 1999. From 1999 to 2006, they served as the Head of Finance at Rockwell Automation AG, responsible for accounting and subconsolidation. Thomas then joined Fischer Reinach AG as the Head of Finance, HR, and IT, where they implemented ERP solutions and automated administrative processes. In 2007, they became the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Rockwell Automation before joining RONAL GROUP in 2010. At RONAL GROUP, they held various positions, including Head of Finance, Director of Group Finance & Controlling, and CFO / Executive Vice President. In these roles, they successfully implemented SAP FI/CO, introduced monthly closing within five days, and led financing efforts.

Thomas Müller has a diverse education history. Thomas attended KV Businesschool Zuerich from 1996 to 1999 and obtained a degree in "Buchhalter mit eidg. Fachausweis." From 1999 to 2002, they enrolled at Controller Akademie and completed a degree in "Eidg. Dipl. Experte in Rechnungslegung & Controlling." In 2005, Thomas pursued Green Belt Certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company. More recently, in 2021, they completed the Positive Intelligence Program offered by Positive Intelligence, Inc. Furthermore, Thomas is currently enrolled at the Executive School, where they are expected to complete an Advanced Management Program (CAS) in 2023, specializing in Management.
