Patrick Leslie

Patrick Leslie has a diverse work experience in the energy industry, particularly in the field of energy storage. Patrick currently serves as the Director of Energy Markets at Rondo Energy since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Energy Storage Consultant at Monolith Energy Consulting from 2019, where they provided energy storage consulting services to various power project developers. At Doosan GridTech, Patrick held the role of Sales Director - Energy Storage from 2016 to 2019, where they developed innovative business cases and financial analysis to drive sales. Patrick was a Business Development Manager - Energy Storage at Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. from 2015 to 2016, where they evaluated wholesale markets and created a merchant storage development strategy. In their earlier career, Patrick worked at Puget Sound Energy as an Emerging Technologies Program Manager and a Financial Analyst, Resource Acquisition from 2008 to 2015, where they led battery storage projects and analyzed power generation proposals. Patrick also gained valuable experience as a Solar Sales & Project Manager at Cape Systems, Ltd. from 2005 to 2007, and as a Sustainability Coordinator at Phillips Exeter Academy from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Patrick worked as a Field Biologist - Wolf Reintroduction at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in 2002.

Patrick Leslie earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Spanish from Dartmouth College, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued their MBA in Finance at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2007 to 2009.
