Maxime Katgely is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and strategic marketing across various sectors. As a Founding Partner and Managing Director at Rong Yi Solutions since August 2020, Maxime focuses on defining low-carbon paths for sustainable business practices. Concurrently, as an Associate Partner at GXS Partners, expertise lies in value chain innovation and growth strategy, particularly in the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to these roles, Maxime spent over two decades at ExxonMobil in positions ranging from Strategic Marketing Advisor to Global Product Manager, showcasing leadership in strategic initiatives, P&L management, and sustainability-focused innovation. Academically, Maxime holds an Engineer's degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, and is pursuing advanced leadership training at Thunderbird School of Global Management and INSEAD.
